Jaime began his working life in education, where he discovered a lasting passion for guiding students and teachers toward excellence. Over the years, he has worn multiple hats—serving as a classroom teacher, head of department, teacher educator & mentor, and school board member. This breadth of experience has given him a rich understanding of the everyday challenges and opportunities facing educators and school leaders.
Jaime’s professional journey also includes senior leadership roles in several Anglican churches in Sydney. Now, as a professional reflective supervisor and coach for leaders in education and ministry, he is dedicated to helping his clients maintain mission clarity and conviction, as well as grow their leadership capabilities.

It can be done individually or in conversation with a trained professional. Reflective Supervision involves this second kind of reflective practice.
Reflective Supervision involves meeting regularly with someone trained in reflective practice (a Supervisor) to discuss the experiences and challenges you encounter in your work. The goal is to help you develop clarity and conviction about future action.
